have already begun the pre-approval process.

How does your waitlist work?
Our community will utilize a waitlist system when demand exceeds availability. Once open,
approved applicants are added to the waitlist in the order their pre-applications are received,
and apartment homes are offered based on that order as they become available.
As a brand-new community, our waitlist is not currently open because apartment homes are
available now! We encourage you to apply today to take advantage of current availability and
move in as soon as next month.

Lease holders must be 18 years of age or older.

We also provide an AI chat bot on our website and voice AI via phone which
provides assistance in your leasing process while the office staff is away or
busy assisting other customers.
What are the application requirements?
- State-issued Photo ID or Driver License (all adults 18+)
- Social Security Cards and Birth Certificates for all household members
- If employed,
employer's name, address, and last 6 pay stubs.
- Unemployment printout for the last 12
months.
- If receiving Social Security, SSI or SSD, retrieve the current award letter or
current printout from Social Security - if greater than 60 days, please CALL 1(800)
772-1213 TODAY & request an Income Award Letter be mailed to you.
- Child Support
Printout for the last 12 months
- Current month bank statement for your savings account, Current month
statement for VENMO, CASH App, Apple Cash, Paypal, Current ATM RECEIPT showing
available balance for any Direct Express.
- Most current quarterly statement for any
retirement account, Stock and/or Bond account.
- Most current Tax Return/ if Self
Employed, we will need your last 2 years of Tax Returns with Profit and Loss Statement.
- Any and all Income and Assets that are applicable to your household.
How much is the application fee?
The application fee is $0 per adult 18 years of age and older. All
payments must be made via Money Order, Cashier’s Check or
Resident Portal.
How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit is equivalent to One Month’s Rent for each floor
plan and is required to move in.
Do we accept pets?
We are a pet friendly community that allows a limit of 2 pets. A $300 pet
fee/deposit is required.
Do we accept Section 8 or Housing Vouchers?
We accept Section 8 and any of the following Housing Vouchers:

Are your apartments income based?
● No, our apartments are, however, income restricted. Income restrictions
limit the maximum allowable income for applicants. However, these
requirements do not determine pricing.
What are your leasing terms?
● We offer a 12 month leasing term only.
What utilities are the residents
responsible for?
● Residents are responsible for paying Electric, Heat, Cooking,
AC & Hot Water Internet & Cable. We cover Water, Trash &
Sewer.
